Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 4pm, or on a weekend/bank holiday, are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery methods

We ship via Royal Mail, with service and cost based on parcel weight — from small letter-rate items up to 5kg parcels. The exact service and price is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order weight. For larger or heavier orders, we may use Evri as an alternative courier.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times depend on the service selected at checkout (e.g. 2nd class, 1st class, or tracked). Typical UK delivery is 1–3 working days from dispatch, though this isn't guaranteed and can occasionally be affected by delays outside our control (e.g. courier network disruption, weather, bank holidays).

Tracking

Where a tracked service is used, you'll receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

UK only

We currently ship to UK addresses only.

Delays or issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at phil.electric.crab@gmail.com and we'll look into it with the courier.
