Welcome to Electric Crab. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Electric Crab. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy [LINK] and Returns Policy [LINK], govern your use of this site and any purchase you make. By using the site, you agree to them.

1. Using our site
You must be 18 or over, or using the site with a parent/guardian's permission. You're responsible for keeping any account details secure and for all activity on your account. Information you give us must be accurate and complete.

2. Our products
We try to represent our products accurately, but colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen. Descriptions and availability may change at any time.

3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy — a contract is only formed once we confirm and accept it. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. pricing error, stock issue) and will notify you if we do. Returns and cancellations are handled under our Returns Policy [LINK], which reflects your rights under UK consumer law.

4. Prices and payment
Prices shown are correct at the time of order and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. You confirm that any payment details you provide are accurate and that you're authorised to use them.

5. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and we're not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you once they're delivered, in line with your statutory rights.

6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including our name, logo, branding, text and images — belongs to Electric Crab or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and use the site for personal, non-commercial use only; you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content without permission. Shopify's name and branding belong to Shopify.

7. Third-party tools and links
The site may link to or use third-party tools or websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, accuracy, or your dealings with them.

8. This site is powered by Shopify
Any purchase you make is directly with Electric Crab, not Shopify. Shopify isn't responsible for the sale, products, or any issue arising from your order.

9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to harass others, to transmit spam or malicious code, to scrape or extract data using automated tools, or to attempt to bypass our security. We may suspend or close accounts that breach this.

10. Feedback
If you send us feedback, reviews, or suggestions, you're giving us permission to use them (e.g. in marketing or to improve the site) without any obligation to pay you for them. Please make sure anything you send us doesn't infringe someone else's rights.

11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any of your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Subject to that, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right doesn't waive it. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
